Our team worked to activate S Factor’s community through an elevated digital experience at every step of the customer journey. Strategic efforts included:
- Leveraging founder and org’s growing social media presence to drive organic interest and give members a deeper sense of connection
- Creating fresh and evocative brand creative to leave viewers with a sense of excitement, urgency, and serious FOMO of upcoming events and course offerings
- Reactivating the members-only Facebook Group with fresh, high-value content and community management tactics that engaged the audience around a shared of the S practice and supportive sisterhood
- Identifying the key needs and transformation of each client group/persona, then leveraging findings to develop targeted messaging and creative assets
- Launching targeted top-of-funnel ads, landing pages, and messaging to appeal to each audience and consistently monitor and optimize for performance
- Creating highly sophisticated sales funnel automation systems and messaging to keep members engaged and plugged into every new offering once they’re in the funnel
- Offering a free, one-time-only live event hosted by org founder to give attendees a taste of what they can expect from the paid digital courses
