EQ @Work is an evidence-based program designed for teams to grow individually and as a cohesive, adaptive organization. Through this program, employees learn to settle their nervous system, shift to a calm state, and gain clarity and confidence, enabling them to build better relationships and reach their full potential.
Participants report reduced stress and anxiety, improved relationships at work and home, and a greater sense of groundedness and presence in their daily lives.
how do we do it?
EQ @Work offers a multi-pronged approach designed to deliver immediate tactical improvements while establishing a foundation for long-term cultural transformation. Over the course of six months, our facilitators will provide your team with monthly 90-minute work sessions where they will learn the social-emotional intelligence and well-being skills they need to go from surviving to thriving.
6 EQ skills training sessions
Each month your team learns a EQ skill enabling them to gain capacity, better cope with work and life stress, improve communications and interpersonal relationships.
peer conversations™
Each session includes peer-to-peer conversations to practice new skills and develop deeper, quality relationships that build trust, loyalty and ultimately, improve culture.
individualized support
Each small group session is professional-facilitated, creating a safe container for regular, open communication where concerns and opportunities can be addressed uniquely.
measurement across 10 KPIs
Participants complete pre and post program surveys to identify individual growth opportunities and measure impact on culture KPIs including Capacity Management and Proficiency in Touch Conversations.
