Through this program, employees learn the 5 essential emotional intelligence skills that sharpen self-regulation, communication, and relationships, making decision-making smoother and resilience stronger. Stress and Burnout Management:
Participants learn a simple 7 step process to reduce stress and increase resilience by discovering how their personal nervous system sends early indicators enabling the management of stress before it becomes overwhelming.
Self-awareness Process:
Through a guided process, participants learn explore and reflect on 18 Common Blind spots & Automatic Reactions that get in the way of growth, professional development and interpersonal relationship dynamics.
Understanding Others & The Power of Empathy
People are complicated and all have their own unique experiences and patterns of behavior. By understanding behaviors in others, especially more difficult ones, when we are skilled to meet these differences with empathy, we have the superpower to turn conflict into connection.
Communications and Difficult Conversations:
With three simple tools including the 5 Minute Feedback Prep Plan and Integration Loop along with some practice, all employees can gain the emotional intelligence skills necessary to communicate calmly and effectively whether to difficult customers or coworkers.

how do we do it?
EQ @Work offers a multi-pronged approach designed to deliver immediate tactical improvements while establishing a foundation for long-term cultural transformation. Over the course of six sessions, the program will provide your team with the 5 Essential EQ Skills for healthy, high-performance in the modern, high-stress, post-pandemic world.
six sessions
We guide participants through six sessions that progressively build on the 5 Essential EQ skills. Each session is available in a format that best works for your team, whether as a two-day in-person training or offsite format, as a LIVE virtual workshop series or as pre-recorded, on-demand videos in the EQ @Work online course.
peer conversations™
We offer professionally-facilitated, small group, peer-to-peer conversations for EQ @Work program participants to increase accountability, practice their new skills and develop deep, quality relationships with likeminded professionals and co-working teams to build trust, loyalty and improve culture.
individualized support
During in-person, live virtual workshops and Peer Conversations, participants have the opportunity to receive personalized coaching to addressed unique challenges and opportunities for growth. All EQ @Work participants may ask questions during weekly office hours and one-on-one coaching is also available.
measurement across 10 KPIs
All EQ @Work participants have the opportunity (and companies may make it a requirement) to complete pre and post program surveys to identify individual and collective growth opportunities, as well as, measure impact of the EQ skill development across our 10 Culture KPIs such as Stress Management .
