Peer Conversations™ is a transformative peer group program that provides a structured space for individuals, teams, and leaders to process their experiences, increase emotional intelligence skills and gain insights into their work. The program has roots in the the evidence-based practice of Reflective Supervision, a proven method that decreases stress and increases stress management and emotional resilience in high-pressure fields like social work, mental health, and early childhood education.
